Sancturary Kits are available for a donation of $250. You may pay by personal check, money order, or through Western Union. Just fill out the form below...


If you are paying by personal check or money order

  1. Fill out the form completely.
  2. Print the form.
  3. Make the check or money order out to THC Ministry.
  4. Mail the form and payment to:

Your Sancturary Kit will be mailed to you via USPS Priority Mail as soon as your check clears.

If you are paying by Western Union

  1. Call Western Union at 1-800-325-6000.
  2. Order your donation of $250.
  3. Have your donation of $250 sent to

  4. Be sure to write down your 10-digit Control Number.
  5. Fill out the form completely, including the 10-digit Control Number.
    We need the Control Number to receive your donation and send your Sancturary Kit.

Your Sancturary Kit will be mailed to you via USPS Priority Mail as soon as we receive your donation from Western Union.
