: Hey Roger
: I dont know about you, but i smoke marijuana daily and find it extremely difficult to stop...it causes restleness at night and stress during the day. It has probably been more than 8 months since i have gone a day w/o smoking and im so tired of it that i have vowed to quit until my winter break in five days....we willsee how it goes i guess.

: : Aloha. I trust that I got your attention with the title of this posting. What do I mean, 'stop smoking marijuana'? I mean that if you are a regular enjoyer/smoker of cannabis sacrament it is my opinion that fasting from smoking will benefit you. How?

: : Fasting from almost everything once in a while can lead to greater appreciation and enjoyment once you start again. Taste buds get 'cleared' and the sense of smell becomes more alive with a break.

: : Are you used to smoking cannabis daily? Try a break for a week. It was really easy for me to do.

: : I also recommend vaporization of herb instead of smoking it. Have you tried it, yet? Zero smoke - zero carbon monoxide...all cannabis vapor goodness. It is kind of like aromatherapy...delicious! And so very healthy. there is a link to a vaporizer on the links page as one example. Check it out, and enjoy it even MORE.

: : Tincture, tea, brownies; there are numerous other methods of ingesting our sacrament while giving our precious lungs a well-deserved break. I truly think you will enjoy the sacrament even more after a fast. Let me know how it works for you.

: : Love, Roger
