I am having trouble too, I have been smoking for about 10 years..(27 years old) This basically means all the time.. Everyday, nearly, for ten years... I am studying at the moment and the puff is making life hell, but i cannot do without it.. its soo normal..
Im planning to give up normal smoking on my 28th birthday, im thinking of trying then...
lool, the thing is i have aload of exam's comming up.. how the fook am i to do this...
