Roger, I am stunned just as much as anyone one else is to read this. I do have own quarky bias against this "great" U.S.A that gives us rights we had to begin with, but I believe you are sincere and would love to know more. It could only seem to be a logical explanation, AIDS comes out of nowhere from another country (of course) and with all our technology (thousands of satellites in space watching us) we can't track the specifics on a virus that's killed and continues to kill millions. It's just outrageous!
