More good news. We just had another 'win' today in court. Marijuana possession charges were dropped for a new member of the THC Ministry who joined - AFTER - he was arrested.
A few months ago this gentleman was stopped and searched as he attempted to board an airplane going from Kauai to Kona. Police officers say they found 4 ounces of cannabis on the man.
After two appearances in court the State of Hawaii today dropped all charges. CASE CLOSED.
It seems to me that our success is based on three factors:
1. Our THC Ministry paperwork
2. The sincerity and self-confidence of the defendant who blesses the situation for good, and
3. God's grace
I truly feel the prohibition of the holy herb melting-away. Our religious 'defense to prosecution' is being exercised and growing stronger every day. Hallelujah!
